Air Supply Systems

Filtered make-up air is an essential component for the correct functioning of any kitchen ventilation system, and is also a legal requirement for both HVCA Specification DW/172 and CORGI compliance.

Heating (tempering) of the supply air needs to be considered as part of the installation process and, subject to the availability of services on-site, LPHW and/or electric heating may be used.

Keeping the kitchen under negative pressure prevents cooking odours spreading outside kitchens.
